Tractor Mounted Blasting Head – The 14”, tractor mounted blasting head is optional with the SH8000.  It is standard equipment with each SH4000 and SH3000.  The tractor supporting this unit features a zero-degree turning radius.  This maneuverability of the tractor allows it to operate in tight spaces where a truck with not go.  It is ideal for the removal of turn arrows, stop bars, crosswalk lines, and for line removal in parking lots and parking garages.  At airports, it will quickly clean or remove gate and apron markings.  The cleaning of factory, warehouse or hanger floors can also be easily done with the tractor unit.  A joystick mounted next to the operator fully controls the movement the left to right and vertical movement of the blasting head.  The tractor will also operate up to 400’ away from the system with the required UHP water and vacuum hose.
