The Stripe Hog systems use ultra-high waterblasting to remove all types of pavement markings and runway rubber deposits with the least amount of impact to the surface.

They are available in three primary models, the SH8000, SH4000, and the SH3000. While each model is a complete Stripe Hog waterblasting system, they are distinct in their individual configurations and the applications they are best equipped for.
 

SH8000 - The SH8000 is the most popular model because of the high production rates it achieves. With up to 40,000 psi or 2700 bar pressures at 12 gpm materials like runway rubber deposits, waterborne paint, thermoplastic, epoxy all the way to 3M waffle tape are no match.

SH8000T -  The SH8000T is identical to the SH8000 plus includes the HT2500 tractor-blasting tool. The Stripe Hog SH8000T is the only waterblasting system in the world that allows for a mobile blasting system to be carried on board that doesn’t compromise production quantities or require an additional truck or trailer.

SH8000R - The SH8000R is the worlds first ultra-high pressure mobile waterblasting system with water recycling on-board. This model is identical to the SH8000 model that is now in 20 Countries worldwide but boasts a closed-loop system for the water allowing virtually a weeks worth of work to be completed before refilling is necessary.

SH8000RT -  The SH8000RT is identical to the SH8000 plus includes water recycling and the HT2500 tractor-blasting tool.

SH5500 - The SH5500 is mounted on a Ford model F-550, 350 horsepower, six speed manual transmission. The manual transmission enables the pairing down of the volume per minute production without bleeding any water off. The joystick along with the custom control panel allows everything to be easily managed from the driver’s seat. 

SH4000 - The SH4000 is a 6 gpm, chassis mounted Stripe Hog equipped with the 14” tractor mounted blasting head.  The tractor mounted blasting head offers unmatched versatility for a wide variety of removal applications.  Traffic markings such as stop bars, cross walks, and turn arrows are quickly and easily removed with the tractor mounted blasting head.  The tractor mounted blasting head is also ideal for the removal of long lines, skip lines, and aircraft rubber deposits on airport runways.  With the SH4000, space is also provided on the chassis for the storage and transport of the tractor.

SH3000 – The SH3000 is the smallest and most portable of the Stripe Hog models.  Its distinctive characteristic is that the complete Stripe Hog system is built onto a single, 20’ skid-like frame and not on a truck chassis or trailer.  This stand-alone configuration does not require any integration with a truck chassis’ power train or hydraulic system.  It is easily and quickly loaded onto a flatbed chassis or trailer for transport. The available blasting widths for the SH3000 range from 6” to 14”.  Space is provided on the skid-like frame for the storage and transport of the HT2500 and/or HT1000 blasting tool(s).

The Smart Vac® system is now available on a tandem axle trailer-mounted configuration (pictured above). The unit is specifically designed for waterblasting contractors who benefit from its unique and effective water/debris separation chamber.

HT2500 - Hog Rider

The HT2500 tractor-blasting tool connects and is tethered to any of the Stripe Hog models and can be operated up to 400’ away and still maintain the pressure and vacuum needed for any removal application.
 
It is ideal for the removal of turn arrows, stop bars, crosswalk lines, and for line removal in parking lots and parking garages.  At airports, it will quickly clean or remove gate and apron markings.  The cleaning of factory, warehouse or hanger floors is also easily accomplished. 

A joystick mounted next to the operator fully controls the left to right and vertical movement of the blasting head.

Dial in your forward speed with the cruise control and let the HT2500 do its work while you monitor the quality of the removal.

Maximum maneuverability is achieved with the zero-turn radius of the John Deere tractor that the blasting system is integrated with.
