Local Entrepreneurs Honored at Northwood University Award Ceremony

Northwood University recognized outstanding entrepreneurs from Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties (Florida) at its 2005 Entrepreneurs’ Breakfast for the Tenth Annual Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards Program. The breakfast and forum were held Thursday, April 21st at Northwood University’s Turner Education Center in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Martin County Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award was presented to James Crocker. Recognized for his outstanding contribution to the roadway safety industry, Crocker developed the Stripe Hog® System which removes highway and runway striping and rubber. His firm has successfully removed millions of square feet of road and runway paint and rubber and has developed the system for resale after years of using it for the companies own services.
