Waterblasting team spends the morning with John Maxwell

On May 30, 2008, Waterblasting Technologies team members were honored to spend the morning with world renowned, leadership expert, John Maxwell. From 9:00am until noon, John taught from his latest book, “Leadership Gold”. He focused on 3 of the 26 leadership lessons that he has learned over the course of his lifetime. John also said that you must possess 4 things to be successful.

1. You have to be good with relationships
2. You have to have a winning attitude, that during dark times you are tenacious about turning it around
3. You must be able to equip people through training and development
4. Through leadership you must be able to attract the right people to your vision and dream to be able to achieve it

The event was a charity event to benefit local students with education scholarships.

100% of the monies were donated to this worthy cause.

The thirty local business people in attendance were also highly impacted by the training and inspiration that John always brings. Several people commented afterward, how they were raised to a whole new level, personally, from the experience.
